De wereld van onderwijshuisvesting en maatschappelijk vastgoed staat nooit stil en saai zal het dan ook niet snel worden. Op dit moment is er veel in ontwikkeling en voor de komende periode voorzien we een aantal uitdagingen waarvoor we extra inzet nodig hebben. Het Integraal Huisvestingsplan voor onderwijslocaties loopt af en dus moet er een nieuw IHP worden opgesteld. Het schrijven van dit plan besteden we uit aan een extern bureau, de beleidsmatige begeleiding van dit project valt van A tot Z binnen deze rol. Het beleid Maatschappelijk Vastgoed is verouderd en sluit niet meer aan bij de hedendaagse situatie. Tijd voor vernieuwing dus! Tevens komen er verschillende vraagstukken op het gebied van onderwijshuisvesting en maatschappelijk vastgoed binnen, waarin jij je kunt vastbijten. Voor schoolbesturen, besturen van Sociaal Culturele Centra en kinderopvangorganisaties ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en fungeer je als vraagbaak.
