Original language: German- Tägliche Lieferung (umfassend, rechtzeitig und regelmäßig) von deutschsprachigen und einigen fremdsprachigen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften in gedruckter Form an die dezentralen Stadtteilbibliotheken, die Fahrbibliotheken, die Zentralbibliothek sowie die Zentralen Bibliotheksdienste (ZBD); sowie Bereitstellung der elektronischen Zeitschriften, - Abonnementverwaltung einschließlich der zugehörigen Beschaffungsvorgänge (hierunter fallen u.a. Reklamationsmanagement und die Bearbeitung von Nachbestellungen von Einzelausgaben und Sonderheften) gemäß der Übersicht über benötigte Abonnements (Anlage) jeweils ab den genannten Zeitpunkten. Der Auftragnehmer muss ein Online-Portal zur Abonnementverwaltung vorhalten, betreiben und während der Vertragslaufzeit sicherstellen, dass das Portal auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik und des geltenden Rechts ist.
