Der Kanton Basel-Stadt schreibt die Bereitstellung, Implementierung, den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung einer integrierten Gesamtlösung für Multiposting, kantonale Jobportale und Medienberatung im Recruiting aus. Ziel ist ein Anschluss an die bestehenden Lösung per Juni 2027 und die Sicherstellung eines effizienten, benutzerfreundlichen und zukunftsfähigen Publikationsprozesses für jährlich rund 1'000 Stellen- und 60 Lehrstelleninserate. Die ausgeschriebene Gesamtleistung umfasst ein Multiposting-Tool mit Anbindung an SAP SuccessFactors, den Betrieb der kantonalen Stellen- und Lehrstellenportale im Internet und Intranet, Medienberatung und Mediamanagement sowie Wartung, Support, Reporting und Weiterentwicklung. Die Lösung muss die bestehenden Rekrutierungsprozesse vollständig unterstützen, hohe Anforderungen an Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit erfüllen und eine attraktive Candidate Experience gewährleisten.
