Provision of rental textiles and laundry services

Provision of rental textiles and laundry services within the framework of a business contract as specified in the public procurement documents. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of signing, or until the framework amount is exhausted. Procurement quantity: Rental textiles: minimum available sheets: 2,338 pcs, duvet covers: 1,721 pcs, pillowcases: 1,681 pcs. Expected textile circulation over 24 months: sheets: 172,644 pcs, duvet covers: 77,740 pcs, pillowcases: 49,682 pcs. For rental textiles, the contracting authority requests the price to be determined for the expected textile circulation quantity over 24 months, not the minimum available quantity. The planned laundry quantity for 24 months is a total of 294,944 kg. FLAT TEXTILE laundry total 207,024 kg Sheets 110,492 kg Duvet covers 81,626 kg Pillowcases 14,906 kg MOP AND BED MATTRESS laundry total 87,920 kg Mop 75,920 kg Bed mattress (mattress) 12,000 kg The textiles to be laundered must be washed using a technology appropriate to their material and degree of soiling. Textiles that are removed from the laundry process but are visibly soiled must be subjected to a disinfecting wash again. Laundered textiles, mattresses, and mops must always be returned dry. The successful bidder is responsible for providing flat textiles within the framework of the rental textile service for the residents of the three elderly care homes operated by the Miskolc United Social, Health, and Child Welfare Institution, as well as for laundering the flat textiles provided within the rental textile service, institutional mops, and bed mattresses. The tender invitation concerns complex laundry services, including: washing, disinfection, dry cleaning, drying, mangling, ironing, folding, seamstress repairs, and transport. The contracting authority operates its own laundry for the washing of resident textiles, institutional flat textiles, work clothes, and other textiles, therefore this is not part of the current procurement. A deviation of a maximum of -30% is possible from the quantities of rental textiles (total 300,666 pcs) and laundry services (total 294,944 kg). In view of this, the Contracting Authority undertakes to draw down up to 70% of the framework quantity and framework amount. PRICE LIST The price list issued as part of the procurement documents must be submitted in the offer, fully priced. The offer price on the reading sheet must be the 'Total Net Value HUF' (green box). The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the bidders to pay close attention to the unit of quantity for which they are submitting an offer in the Excel format price list. The price list must include: - net unit price in HUF - net value in HUF The priced price list must also be submitted in editable Excel format, as well as in non-editable, legally signed PDF format. Pillowcase (with opening) Material: 100% cotton, density at least 140 g/m2 Color: white Size: minimum: 70 cm x 80 cm, maximum: 80 cm x 95 cm, (fold-over 10 cm - 20 cm) In the offer, a detailed professional offer must be submitted for rental textiles in the table named 'Professional Offer' issued as part of the procurement documents. The price list must include: - name of the offered product - manufacturer of the offered product - bidder's declaration of compliance of the offered product with the requirements The bidder undertakes to regularly inspect the rented textiles, repair damaged or torn textiles, and automatically replace pieces that are no longer economically repairable. The bidder is obliged to remove damaged or torn textiles that are not defective from the laundry system and repair them. After repair, the textile must be subjected to a disinfecting wash again.
