Vocational training in non-company facilities 2026 - Cooperative - Integration measure

The subject of the service is the implementation of vocational training in non-company facilities (BaE) according to § 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 76 SGB III and §§ 4, 5 para. 2ff. Vocational Training Act (BBiG)/ §§ 25, 26 para. 2ff. Crafts Code (HwO) - general vocational training. The objective of vocational training in non-company facilities (BaE) according to §§ 76 ff SGB III is to enable trainees who require special support due to learning disabilities or social disadvantages to start, continue, and successfully complete vocational training in a non-company facility. All opportunities must be taken to promote the transition of trainees to a company-based training position. In the cooperative model of BaE, practical training and instruction in the company training phases take place exclusively in the cooperative company, and are accompanied and supported theoretically by the contractor. The contractor monitors the training in the cooperative company, regularly visits the trainees to ensure training success, and also offers support services to the companies. Furthermore, the contractor coordinates the training with all involved parties - especially with the vocational school - and supports them in their tasks through theoretical instruction and socio-pedagogical support of the participants. Bidders must be able to prove experience in providing such services in the last 3 years. A valid provider certification for the advertised educational area according to AZAV in accordance with § 178 SGB III is required.
