Original language: GermanDie Nutzung des Abrollbehälter Notstrom ist im gesamten oder jeweils in Einzelmodulen vorgesehen. Er dient der Inselversorgung von Betreuungsplätzen und Einsatzstellen (IT-Netz mit Isolationsüberwachung) sowie zur Einspeisung in vorhandene freigeschaltete Netze (TN-C-Netz) und zur parallelen Einspeisung in vorhandene Netze oder zur gemeinsamen Versorgung zusammen mit weiteren parallelschaltfähigen Stromerzeugern. Die gesamte elektrische Anlage muss zum Auslieferungszeitpunkt vollständig den aktuellen Fassungen des VDE-Regelwerkes entsprechen. Insbesondere ist die VDE 0100, Teil 551 zu beachten. Zur Vermeidung von Verletzungen sind scharfe Ecken und Kanten sowie spitze Konstruktionen abzurunden bzw. mit einer Schutzvorrichtung/-maßnahme abzusichern. Scher- und Quetschstellen sind nach Möglichkeit zu vermeiden. Teile, die sich betriebsbedingt drehen oder bewegen sind durch Abdeckungen abzusichern. Flächen und Bauteile, die heiße Oberflächen entwickeln können sind abzudecken oder abzuschranken und entsprechend als solche zu kennzeichnen. Alle betriebsmäßig elektrisch spannungsführenden Teile sind für elektrotechnische Laien (im Sinne der VDE) berührungssicher auszuführen, abzudecken oder abzuschranken. Alle Verbindungsstellen wie z.B. Schraubverbindungen sind gegen Selbstlockern zu sichern. Der Bieter hat die Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit für den gelieferten Abrollbehälter und Bauteile ab dem Lieferdatum für die nächsten 8 Jahre sicherzustellen. Für den Abrollbehälter (voll beladen mit allen Ausrüstungsgegenständen versehen), ist vor der Auslieferung eine aussagefähige und detaillierte Gewichtsbilanz zu erstellen. Hinweis: Der Abrollcontainer muss mit einem Allradangetrieben WLF 26 der Kraftfahrzeug-Kategorie 2 (geländefähig) nach DIN EN 1846-1 und DIN EN 1846-2 transportierbar sein. Entsprechend sind die Gewichtsmassen sowie die Baumaße nach Norm einzuhalten.
