Die neue Plattform soll die Digitalisierung der Serviceprozesse der Charité nachhaltig unterstützen, einen hohen Automatisierungsgrad ermöglichen sowie die Grundlage für eine langfristig skalierbare und integrierte Serviceorganisation schaffen. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
