Original language: GermanBeschafft wird ein ein Enterprise Ressource System für den Alters- und Pflegeheimbereich. Der Go-Live des neuen Enterprise Ressource Planning Systems mit zugehörigem elektronischen Archiv (ECM) ist auf den 01.01.2028 vorgesehen. Ziel ist das Einführungsprojekt ab Anfang Dezember 2026 zu starten. Das Projekt sieht vor, dass die Anforderungen der Geschäftsbücherordnung zur revisionssicheren Archivierung (GeBüV) und des OR 957 ff. zur Aufbewahrungspflicht mit dem Projekt abgedeckt werden. Aus diesem Grund wird je nach Produktentscheid nebst dem klassischen ERP-System zusätzlich ein ECM-System beschafft und zeitgleich im Betrieb eingeführt. Der Anbieterin steht es offen in einer Bietergemeinschaft eine entsprechende Lösung mit zwei separaten Softwaresystemen zu offerieren, die diesen Anforderungen entsprechen. Sind die Anforderungen bereits im ERP-System abgedeckt, reicht es dieses System in dieser Form anzubieten.
