Vier Lose des allgemeinen naturbasierten Bereichs (Ausschreibung bereits abgeschlossen) sowie die Lose für die Bedarfsjahre 2029-2040 (Bestandteil des hiesigen Vergabeverfahrens; inkl. Verlängerungsoption bis 2045) wurden dem 80%-Kontigent zugeordnet. Vier Fachlose "Moore" wurden dem 20%-Kontigent zugeordnet und von der europaweiten Ausschreibungspflicht ausgenommen.
Mit dieser Ausschreibung werden nun die verbliebenen 10 Lose beschafft. Die Gutschriften sollen aus dem Bereich Moorbodenwiedervernässung stammen.
