Art und Umfang sowie Ort der Leistung: Art der Leistung: Beschaffung von Medientechnik für den Neubau des Finanzamtes Limburg-Weilburg Menge und Umfang: Das Finanzamt Limburg ist eine Dienststelle des Landes Hessen. Im Zuge dessen Neubau soll der Sitzungssaal mit Medientechnik ausgestattet werden. In einem Multifunktionsraum soll eine mobile Soundanlage mit einem Funkmikrofon und Bluetooth-Anbindung für Endgeräte installiert werden. Sitzungsraum: Es sollen zwei Räume einzeln mit Medientechnik ausgestattet werden. Je nach Trennwandstellung werden die Medientechnik-Komponenten entsprechend zusammengeschaltet. Der Auftragnehmer baut dafür an die Trennwand Reed-Kontakte, damit die Auswertung der Raumkonstellationen automatisiert werden kann. Das Display mit Halter und der Datenprojektor mit Deckenmontagesystem werden bauseits zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Installation und Einbindung der Geräte ist hier mit zu kalkulieren. • Im Konferenz 1 wird ein Projektor installiert. • Im Konferenz 2 wird ein 98"- Monitor fest an die Wand montiert. In Konferenz 1 wird ein System aufgebaut, was, je nach Stellung der Trennwände, auf die Räume 1+2 erweitert werden kann. Der Konferenzraum 1 ist der Masterraum und bekommt zur Steuerung ein drahtgebundenes Touchpanel. Im Konferenzraum 2 ist noch eine Videobar mit Deckenmikrofonen zu installieren, die ebenfalls in das System per USB eingebunden werden soll. Wenn die Trennwand geschlossen ist, kann jeder Raum seine eigene Videokonferenz durchführen. Wenn die Trennwand geöffnet wird, soll der Monitor in Konferenz 2 dazu genutzt werden, das gleiche Bild, wie auch in Konferenz 1 anzuzeigen. Das Touchpanel soll so gestaltet werden, dass grundsätzlich alle Geräte mit Netz-werk- oder RS-232-Schnittstelle gesteuert bzw. ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden können.
