Original language: GermanWeichenverschlüsse bewegen die Weichenzungen von einer Endlage zur anderen und halten diese in den Endlagen fest. Dabei wird beim Klinkenverschluss die anliegende Weichenzunge formschlüssig mit der Stockschiene verriegelt und die abliegende Weichenzunge via Verschluss und Gestänge mit dem Weichenantrieb verbunden. Die SBB beschafft ca. 750 Weichenverschlüsse pro Jahr. Hauptsächlich werden diese Verschlüsse für neue Weichen verwendet. Neue Weichen werden überwiegend im Rahmen von Oberbauerneuerungen eingebaut, weitere Weichen werden für Erweiterungs- und Anpassungsprojekte eingebaut. Wenige Verschlüsse und die Ersatzteile werden für den sicherungstechnischen Weichenunterhalt verwendet. Die Ausschreibung umfasst folgende Bestandteile: · Entwicklung eines Sortiments von Weichenverschlüssen zum Weichensortiment der SBB- Weichentypen (Einfache Weichen, Doppelweichen, Kreuzungsweichen). · Entwicklung eines Verschlusses für bewegliche Herzstückspitzen von Weichen. · Entwicklung eines Verschlusses für bewegliche Spitzenschienen im «Doppelten Herzstück» von Gleisdurchschneidungen. · Erlangung einer Typenzulassung für den Einsatz in der Schweiz. · Lieferung während der Betriebserprobungsphase. · Optional: Lieferung während den ersten Betriebsjahren. · Produktpflege während den ersten Betriebsjahren. · Bereitstellung der Grundlagen für die Adaption des Verschlusses an weitere Weichentypen innerhalb der Typenzulassung. · Optional Erweiterung des Sortiments für weitere Weichentypen. Änderungen, Ergänzungen und Anpassungen am Konzept und dessen Umfang bleiben bis zur Publikation der endgültigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen der SBB AG vorbehalten.
