Zaprojektowanie, wyprodukowanie, z poszanowaniem zasad śledzenia łańcucha dostaw, wraz z wykonaniem wszelkich niezbędnych testów fabrycznych FAT, dostawą kompletnego Bateryjnego Systemu Magazynowania Energii elektrycznej BESS ZAGÓRZYCA o mocy przyłączeniowej 24,24 MW i pojemności co najmniej 96,96 MWh, obejmującego moduły bateryjne wraz z falownikami, stacjami transformatorowymi średniego napięcia, układami zabezpieczeń oraz zintegrowanym systemem sterowania i zarządzania bateriami, gwarancją wraz z dokumentacją techniczno-eksploatacyjną, uruchomieniem, testami i odbiorami oraz udziałem w stosownych testach na miejscu po zabudowie (SAT), a także świadczenie usług objętych Umową LTSA na okres 5 lat z możliwością przedłużenia do maksymalnie 20 lat, zapewniającego zgodność z kodeksami sieciowymi, warunkami przyłączeniowymi oraz wymaganiami Rynku Mocy i Rynku bilansującego.
