Operation of the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) at Berlin Brandenburg Airport

Furthermore, the role involves recording and maintaining all handling-relevant flight data by inputting it into FBB's traffic control systems. The service provider will assist aircraft operators with inquiries regarding additional services and will be responsible for billing air traffic charges for FBB in accordance with the fee schedule. This includes organizing the collection and proper disposal of cabin waste for all handling agents located at the GAT, and subsequently invoicing the associated costs. The contract is for a maximum duration of 5 years, comprising a fixed term of 4 years with an option for extension by up to a maximum of 12 months. The anticipated start date for these services is March 1, 2026, subject to an appropriate notice period following the award of the contract.
