Der DAAD engagiert sich im Rahmen seiner Aktivitäten zur Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Austauschs zunehmend in der Unterstützung bzw. Schaffung digitaler und digital unterstützter Angebote. --- Ausgehend vom Projekt „Dhoch3 / DaF-Studienmodule“ ist eine Moodle-Plattform entstanden, die inzwischen auch von anderen Stellen im Haus genutzt wird (https://moodle.daad.de/). Aktuell betreibt der DAAD vier Bereiche auf dem Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle: Dhoch3 (S14), Fachlektoren Betreuung (S14), iDA (S23) und VORsprung (S01). --- Diese Angebote unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich der Inhalte, Zielgruppen, Sprache (Deutsch/Englisch) und technischen Spezifika erheblich voneinander, nutzen jedoch alle dieselbe Infrastruktur der bereits aufgesetzten Moodle-Plattform. Die technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung dieser Plattform, die Nutzerverwaltung in den einzelnen Kategorien (inkl. Monitoring und Evaluierung) sowie die Schulung und Beratung des DAAD und der verschiedenen Nutzergruppen sind zentrale Bestandteile des zu vergebenden Rahmenvertrages. --- Der DAAD setzt eine, nach europäischen Datenschutz-Richtlinien zertifizierte, Cloudserver-Infrastruktur für das Hosting der Moodle-Plattform ein. Auf den Servern ist Linux (Ubuntu LTS), Apache2, MySQL und PHP installiert und sie sind mittels VMWare virtualisiert. Das Webhosting selbst ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Aktuell ist Moodle in Version 4.5.12 in Betrieb; im Jahr 2027 ist ein Upgrade auf Version 5 ist im ersten Halbjahr eingeplant. --- Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung in Anlage 02 der Vergabeunterlagen
