Operation of the Deutsches Museum Bonn - organization and implementation of educational offers

The Deutsches Museum Bonn focuses on contemporary research and technology in Germany after 1945, and currently the focus is on Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the motto »Mission AI – experience.understand.shape« For the operation of the Deutsches Museum Bonn, a contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") is sought who will perform the following tasks for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030: Organization, consulting and processing of educational offers (service item A); as well as their execution and implementation by educational specialists (service item B). These tasks can be fulfilled according to the contractor's wishes in the following ways, which the DM considers equivalent: Service item A is to be provided within the framework of a service contract (Alternative A) or a temporary employment contract (Alternative B). The client considers the two alternatives to be equivalent. Service item B is to be provided within the framework of a framework service contract. All measures should significantly achieve the following goals: • Optimization of visitor services, including for target groups such as pupils / children and young people of the DMB stakeholders (State of North Rhine-Westphalia, City of Bonn, Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, districts of Euskirchen and Ahrweiler) • Increase visitor loyalty and awareness of the DMB as an extracurricular learning location in the region and in the state of NRW • Provision of high-quality educational and outreach programs for all interested parties • Increase brand awareness of DM and DMB in NRW • Maintenance and enhancement of the image of DM and DMB • Generation of additional revenue for the DMB
