Original language: GermanGegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verpachtung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes an einen Dienstleister, welcher im Wege einer Dienstleistungskonzession als Auftragnehmerin (AN) den Netzbetrieb sicherstellt sowie Internet- und Telekommunikationsdienste auch als Bündelangebot an private und gewerbliche Endkunden gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt zur Verfügung stellt. Darüber hinaus obliegt der AN u.a. die Aufgabe, Nachfragern sowohl aktive als auch passive Vorleistungsprodukte unter Berücksichtigung der der „Informationen zu Vorleistungspreisen für geförderte Breitbandnetze der Bunderegierung (Stand: 31.03.2026)“ anzubieten.
