Der Auftragnehmer erbringt die Leistungen mit eigenem qualifiziertem Personal in einem Umfang von mind. 4,5 Vollzeitäquivalenten. Das städtische Fachpersonal, welches der Auftragnehmer in den operativen Betrieb zu integrieren hat, besteht aktuell aus: - einem/r Meister/in für Bäderbetriebe (Teilzeit 20 h) - einer/einem Fachangestellten für Bäderbetriebe in (Vollzeit 39 h), ausschließlich einsetzbar von Montag bis Freitag - ein/e Rettungsschwimmer/in (Vollzeit 39 h), mit möglichem Abschluss der Prüfung als Fachangestellter für Bäderbetriebe im Juni 2026 Personal für die Kasse und Reinigung stellt der Auftraggeber und ist ebenfalls durch den Auftragnehmer operativ im Betriebsablauf einzubinden.
