Zur Erfüllung seiner gesetzlichen Betreiberpflichten und zur Sicherstellung eines sicheren, zuverlässigen und rechtskonformen Betriebs der genannten Netzanlagen bzw. Netzanbindungssysteme (NAS) führt der AG die erforderlichen Instandhaltungs- und Betriebsmaßnahmen durch. Aufgrund der technischen Komplexität und des hohen Spezialisierungsgrades der Anlagen ist der AG hierbei auf qualifizierte externe Unterstützungsleistungen sowie spezialisiertes Fachwissen angewiesen. Hierbei bedient sich der AG regelmäßig externer Ressourcen, die ihn hinsichtlich in sich abgeschlossener Teilaspekte bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung einzelner wohl definierter Projekte selbständig unterstützen.
