De gemeente Hof van Twente heeft momenteel diverse locaties waar vluchtelingen worden opgevangen. Op twee van deze locaties wordt beveiliging ingezet. Op de huidige twee locaties is in totaal plek voor 331 personen. Het gaat om de volgende twee locaties:
Voormalige basisschool Puntdak te Goor (75 pekken)
Vakantiepark Finspark Herikerberg te Markelo (256 plekken)
Voor deze locaties is de gemeente Hof van Twente op zoek naar een beveiligingspartij die na gunning per 1 januari 2027, kan starten om deze locaties 24/7 te bemensen. Indien 24/7 beveiliging niet meer nodig blijkt te zijn, is afschalen in uren en inzet mogelijk. De opdrachtgever zal uiterlijk 4 weken van tevoren de opdrachtnemer hierover berichten. Voor deze locaties zijn plattegronden beschikbaar. De gemeente Hof van Twente neemt zelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse begeleiding van de bewoners op de locatie. Een locatiemanager met, locatieassistenten, woonbegeleiders, ondersteuners/tolken zijn verantwoorde
