Description

We hebben behoefte aan meerjarig partnerschap om te kunnen werken aan soepele samenwerking met een aannemer die bevergaas aanbrengt door middel van verticaal trillen. Deze methode biedt zo weinig mogelijk verstoring. Op basis van ons beschikbare budget en de aanwezigheid van bevers en graafschade wordt jaarlijks bepaald hoeveel gaas dient te worden aangebracht en welk gebied prioriteit heeft. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot één Raamovereenkomst voor twee Opdrachtgevers met één Opdrachtnemer. De Raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten met de Inschrijver die de Inschrijving met de laagste prijs heeft uitgebracht. De waarde van de Raamovereenkomst (Nadere Opdrachten van beide Waterschappen tezamen) wordt geraamd op gemiddeld €500.000 exclusief BTW per jaar. Omdat het een raamovereenkomst betreft, dient ook een maximale waarde te worden aangegeven. Omdat de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van beverbeheer niet zo ver vooruit voorspelbaar zijn, vinden wij het raadzaam om ruimte op te nemen voor flexibiliteit en groei. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst wordt daarom gesteld op € 3.000.000 exclusief BTW (in vier contractjaren, voor beide Waterschappen tezamen). Wanneer deze maximale waarde wordt bereikt, sorteert de Raamovereenkomst geen invloed meer.
