Beide Liegenschaften bilden ein standortübergreifendes und einheitlich zu betreuendes Bewachungsareal der Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) und sind im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Sicherheits- und Interventionskonzeptes zu sichern.
Das standortübergreifende Bewachungsareal umfasst sowohl eine Abstellfläche für Elektrobusse als auch eine Baustelle.
Die Liegenschaft Schnellerstraße 145 umfasst eine ca. 22.000 m² große, vollständig umzäunte Abstellfläche für Elektrobusse. Das Gelände verfügt über Beleuchtungsanlagen und dient der temporären Abstellung von Elektrobussen.
Die Liegenschaft Köpenicker Landstraße 297 umfasst ein Baustellenbereich mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 34.000 m². Das Areal befindet sich in einem fortlaufenden Bauzustand und umfasst insbesondere Baustellenflächen, Zugangssicherungen, Zaunanlagen sowie temporäre Infrastruktur.
