Requirement: The property is classified as security category "A" - particularly protected facility / installation. At the start of the security service (01.10.2027), a separate security check for the security personnel to be deployed according to the Security Vetting Act (SÜG) is currently not required. However, this separate security check (SÜ-2 SabSchutz) must be applied for the security personnel to be deployed according to the Security Vetting Act (SÜG) according to § 9 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 directly after the award of the contract, with the start of the contract. Security Service: Service category 4 - The security service includes only personnel security services using the Act on the Use of Direct Coercion and the Exercise of Special Powers by Soldiers of the Bundeswehr and Allied Forces, as well as Civilian Security Personnel (UZwGBw). Security at the property will be provided without the use of service vehicles and without guard dogs (service dogs). The security service is to be provided with up to 10 security personnel (WP) per shift, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 12-hour shift work and with a personally assigned weapon P8 or its successor model introduced by the Bundeswehr (Bw). Extension: Upon conclusion of this contract, the option for a one-time extension of the contract duration by up to 3 years will be agreed.
