Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om in iedere kern van de gemeente Westland een beweegroute te realiseren. Tot op heden zijn er twee kernen voorzien van beweegroutes. Vanwege de positieve reac-ties vanuit zowel de politiek als de inwoners, is er een duidelijke wens om het aantal routes uit te breiden. Dit houdt in dat er nog zeven routes bijkomen, wat het totaal aantal op negen brengt.
