Safe Transport in the Opole Agglomeration regarding the expansion of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula and comprehensive maintenance of the existing ITS Opole system and expanded elements

Implementation of the task entitled: Safe Transport in the Opole Agglomeration regarding the expansion of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula and comprehensive maintenance of the existing ITS Opole system and expanded elements includes: GUARANTEED SCOPE TASK I Expansion of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: "Expansion of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula" in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Part III of the SWZ. TASK II Comprehensive maintenance of the existing ITS Opole system and expanded elements within TASK I The scope of maintenance work concerns the entirety of the existing and expanded ITS Opole system infrastructure, where the System infrastructure includes all components of the Intelligent Transport System implemented in the city of Opole (according to as-built documentation – Annex No. 3.1 to SOPZ), along with all functional subsystem components, including the entirety of physical, IT, virtual infrastructure, etc., as well as all infrastructure elements of traffic light signalized objects built under other investment tasks and integrated into the System (according to the list in Annex No. 4 to SOPZ), the entirety of the infrastructure and configuration of objects/devices connected to the System during its operation/use period, and the entirety of implemented configurations and settings, including those related to the integration of external systems and data sources. OPTIONAL SCOPE TASK III Expansion/modernization of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: "Expansion of the ITS Opole system in the design and build formula" in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Part III of the SWZ. TASK IV Comprehensive maintenance of the expanded elements of the ITS Opole system within the optional scope Maintenance of the ITS Opole system elements expanded/modernized within the optional scope for the maximum period indicated in the draft contract. The order will be carried out under the regional program European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027 within the framework of the Project "Safe transport in the Opole Agglomeration". The contracting authority indicates that confidential information includes all places in the documentation that are blacked out in the documentation available at the aforementioned link, which concern: legally protected information, i.e.: a) related to privacy protection, i.e. personal data protection and not subject to disclosure within the ongoing proceedings – this data is not necessary for the proper description of the subject of the contract by the Contracting Authority and for the preparation of an offer by the Contractors, b) related to the protection of classified information, covered by the "confidential" clause pursuant to Article 5(4) of the Act of August 5, 2010 on classified information (consolidated text of Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209), as unauthorized disclosure of this information may have a detrimental effect on public safety.
