Die DAK-Gesundheit erbringt als gesetzliche Krankenversicherung entsprechende Leistungen nach §20 b SGB V. Ziel der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung der DAK-Gesundheit ist die Verbesserung der gesundheitlichen Situation und die Stärkung der Ressourcen sowie der Gesundheitskompetenz der Beschäftigten in Betrieben. Hierzu bedarf es Maßnahmen in den Handlungsfeldern der Prävention, welche innerhalb eines Gesamtkonzeptes angeboten werden, um individuell auf die Wünsche und Schwerpunkte der Unternehmen einzugehen. Die Vorgehensweise ist für den jeweiligen Betrieb individuell abzustimmen.
