Biedprocedure woningbouwplan Kloosterakker fase 3
Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Assen
De opdracht betreft de verwerving van een locatie binnen de derde fase van het deelplan Kloosterakker, met het oog op projectmatige woningbouw. De geselecteerde ontwikkelaar wordt geacht de aangeboden kavels, onder de in de aanbestedingsprocedure gestelde voorwaarden, in eigendom te verwerven en daarop woningen te realiseren voor eigen rekening en risico.
De opgave bestaat uit het ontwikkelen en realiseren van 12 aaneengeschakelde woningen (rijen) én 10 twee-onder-één kap woningen. De aaneengeschakelde woningen moeten met een volledig programma op de begane grond worden uitgevoerd (levensloopbestendig). Omdat deze woningen aan een waterpartij grenzen is een kademuur nodig. De kademuur maakt deel uit van de woningen en wordt direct door de ontwikkelaar mee-ontworpen en uitgevoerd.
