2021 wurde das Bike-Leasing beim Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde mit großem Erfolg eingeführt. Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag über 4 Jahre ausgeschrieben werden, welcher es den Mitarbeitenden der Kreisverwaltung Rendsburg-Eckernförde weiterhin ermöglicht, ein Fahrrad oder Pedelecs / E-Bikes (bis 25km/h) auszusuchen, zu nutzen und diese Leistung im Zuge der Gehaltsumwandlung an den Arbeitgeber zu erstatten. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027. Aktuell laufende Einzelverträge bleiben hiervon unberührt und werden bis zum Ende der jeweiligen Vertragslaufzeit weiterhin über den aktuellen Anbieter abgewickelt Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist mithin der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Auftragnehmer (AN) über das Leasing von Fahrrädern, den damit einhergehenden Dienstleistungen sowie im Rahmen eines Zusatzangebots Inspektion / Wartung und Vollkaskoversicherung inkl. 24h-Mobilitätsgarantie der Fahrräder für die Arbeitnehmer des Auftragsgebers. Der Auftragsgeber hat derzeit etwa 1000 Beschäftigte.
