Original language: GermanGegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von BIM-Management-Leistungen für das Projekt Ersatzneubau der Theodor-Heuss-Brücke in Düsseldorf. Weitere Informationen zum Projekt ergeben sich aus den Ratsbeschlüssen sowie unter www.duesseldorf.de/thb. Wesentliche zu begleitende Verfahrensschritte des Projektes sind folgende: - Planung und Durchführung für Abriss und Neubau der Rheinbrücke unter Beibehaltung der Spurenanzahl, - Durchführung einer Gestaltungsuntersuchung, - Durchführung eines Planfeststellungsverfahrens. Es ist eine stufenweise und gegebenenfalls abschnittsweise Beauftragung beabsichtigt, ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht nicht. Dem Auftraggeber steht ein jederzeitiges ordentliches Kündigungsrecht zu.
