Description

Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die Montagen von Trockenbau-Trennwänden, -vorsatzschalen und Unterdecken in den Häusern 13 und 14. Darüber hinaus ist Teil der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen in Vorbereitung der Trockenbauarbeiten die Bestandsholzbalkendecken für das Stellen der Wände zu ertüchtigen. Im Dachgeschoss-/Spitzboden ist die oberste Dämmebene des Gebäudes zu vervollständigen. Aufgrund der teils komplexen Einbausituationen im Objekt und anspruchsvollen Schnittstellenlage, insbesondere zur Dachkonstruktion, Innendämmung sowie den Fußbodenaufbauten, geht den Leistungen eine detaillierte technische Klärung und Werkstatt- und Montageplanung voraus einschl. Statik des AN. ca. 1600 m2 Trockenbauwände (bis D = 150mm) und Vorsatzschalen, zum Teil mit Anforderungen an Schallschutz, Brandschutz und Einbruchschutz ca. 1250 m2 Dachkonstruktions-/ Dachschrägenbekleidungen einschl. Drempelbekleidungen ca. 1100 m2 Dämmarbeiten, teils Zwischensparren oder Dämmauflagen sowie teils Einblasdämmungen ca. 1300 m2 Unterdecken, abgehängt (bis H = 700mm) oder freitragend, mit Bekleidungen aus Gipskarton, gelochte Gipsplatten, Zementplatten, zum Teil mit Weitspannträgern oder biegeweich ca. 515 m2 Schwalbenschwanzestrich, Dicke 55mm inkl. vollflächiger Konstruktions-/Laufbelag aus Holz/Holzwerkstoff unter Schwalbenschwanzprofilen ca. 50 St Montage neuer Holzbalken- und Wechsel (L über 1m bis 6m) zum Abfangen der Trockenbauwände auf Holzbalkendecken in Längsrichtung zu Spannrichtung Decke
