Original language: GermanDer zentrale Küchenblock in der Hauptküche der Hochschule des Bundes (HSdB) in Brühl soll erneuert werden. Die im Einsatz befindlichen Großküchengeräte datieren aus der Zeit der Übergabe des Gebäudes im Jahre 1993. Die Beheizung von fünf Kochkessel erfolgt derzeit noch mit Gas mit Abgasführung über die Lüftungsdecke. Die Gerätschaften sind abgängig und aus energetischer Sicht soll die Erneuerung der zentralen Kücheneinrichtung durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus zieht die Erneuerung der Kücheneinrichtungen weitere notwendige Maßnahmen mit sich.
