Description: The workshop hall from 1957 - used by RWTH Aachen with the Institute for Materials Applications in Mechanical Engineering (IWM) - is to be renovated. The measure concept provides for a 1:1 repair according to the state of the art and renewed supply corresponding to the original use. The workshop hall is located within the scope of the "City Center Monument Area" statute. It is not subject to monument protection but to ensemble protection. The rear institute building, connected by a connecting corridor, is fully subject to monument protection. The measures from the feasibility study carried out, the user requirements according to the space program and space requirement profile of the workshop hall, as well as the machine list of RWTH have been integrated into the planning of LPH 1-4 and checked for feasibility. The existing planning of LPH 1-4 is to be continued. This includes the detailed review and preparation of the cost calculation, including the necessary deepening. Task: According to the "Safety and Health Protection on Construction Sites" ordinance, suitable coordinators must be involved both for the planning of the execution of a construction project and during the execution of construction services. This is to ensure, define, coordinate, prepare and check compliance with appropriate measures for the safety and health protection of all employees on the construction site and, if necessary, adapt them. The services to be tendered include performance level 1 for services during the planning of the execution of the construction project and performance level 2 for services during the execution of the construction project.
