Original language: GermanEs handelt sich bei den zu planenden und umzusetzenden Maßnahmen sowohl um genehmigungsfreie, als auch genehmigungspflichtige Maßnahmen. Die genehmigungsfreien und genehmigungspflichtigen Maßnahmen sind parallel zu bearbeiten. Folgende Aufgabenstellung ist zu bearbeiten: bestehende Bauteile auf ihre Feuerwiderstandsfähigkeit hin untersuchen und ertüchtigen Prüfung der Leitungswege und Brandschottungen und gegebenenfalls Einbau neuer Brandschotts Austausch von Türen und Abschlüssen Einbau von neuen Rauchabschlüssen in entsprechender Qualität Planung und Ausführung von Brandschutztechnik ( z.B. Rauchabzüge und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung)
