Im Zuge der Sanierung und Neustrukturierung des Hauptgebäudes der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn wird der zukünftige Flächenbedarf der verschiedenen universitären Nutzungen im Hauptgebäude sowie im Neubau Viktoriakarree neu organisiert. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung für das Teilprojekt Viktoriakarree (VIKA). Das Areal befindet sich in der Bonner Innenstadt, direkt gegenüber dem Ostflügel des Hauptgebäudes der Universität, und ist somit sehr prominent gelegen. Geplant sind auf dem Viktoriakarree ein Bibliotheksneubau, die Unterbringung des Kulturforums sowie zusätzliche Nebenfunktionen wie eine Fahrradgarage und eine gastronomische Einheit.
