Des Weiteren soll der Parkplatze Süd mit unterirdischen Geothermie-Feld sowie oberirdischer Parkplatzüberdachung mit PV-Anlage erstellt werden. Das Ziel der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die abnahmereife und schlüsselfertige Erstellung und Übergabe an den Auftraggeber.
