Das Fachlos 2 (Heizung Sanitär) ist in weitere Regionallose unterteilt. Für das hier ausgeschriebene Regionallos 2.2 sind 2 Preiskomponenten anzubieten! Im Liegenschaftsverzeichnis besonders gekennzeichnete Liegenschaften ("TFM" ) werden durch einen FM Dienstleister bewirtschaftet, hier sind abweichende Leistungserbringungen zu beachten (siehe Anlage 1 zu VB TGM Leistungsbeschreibung). - Erste Preiskomponente (PK1)-: Wartung, Inspektion, Sachkundigenprüfung und Prüfung durch befähigte Personen gemäß Anlage 1 zu VB TGM Leistungsbeschreibung als Preis je Equipment gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis. Die Angebotserstellung erfolgt auf Basis §4 EU Absatz 3 VOB/A (Angebotsverfahren). Der Angebotspreis für die Preiskomponente 1 ist in das Angebotsformblatt (Angebot TGM) unter Punkt 2 (netto) einzutragen. - Zweite Preiskomponente (PK2)-: Beseitigung von Not- und Störfällen sowie Instandsetzungsleistungen bis zu 30.000,- EUR (netto) im Einzelfall auf Basis von Einzelaufträgen anhand der in der Anlage 1 zu VB TGM Leistungsbeschreibung beschriebenen Bedingungen. Die Angebotserstellung erfolgt auf Basis §4 EU Absatz 3 VOB/A (Auf- und Abgebotsverfahren) sowie über die vorgegebenen Stundensätze, Materialkosten und Zuschläge. Die Angebotsdaten für die Preiskomponente 2 sind im Angebotsformblatt (Angebot TGM) unter Punkt 2.1, 2.2, 2,3 und 2.4 einzutragen. Die geschätzten Jahreszielwerte der Leistungsbereiche werden in der "Aufforderung TGM EU" im Einzelnen mitgeteilt. Einzelleistungen zu Not- und Störfallbeseitigungen sowie planbare Instandsetzung und Verbesserungen werden jeweils im Einzelfall gesondert beauftragt, jedoch maximal bis zu einem Höchstwert von insgesamt 982.481,00 EUR netto. Ein Einzelauftrag, der zur Überschreitung dieses Höchstwertes führen würde, erfolgt nicht. Mit Erreichen des Höchstwertes erlischt die Leistungspflicht des AN in Bezug auf die Leistungen Not- und Störfallbeseitigung sowie planbare Instandsetzung und Verbesserung. Grundlage sind die mit dem Angebot festgelegten Auf- bzw. Abgebote zu den dort benannten Standardleistungsbüchern (StLB-Z) sowie Stundenverrechnungssätze und Materialkostenzuschläge. Angebote für weniger Preiskomponenten als gefordert, gelten als unvollständig und werden von der Wertung ausgeschlossen.
