This tender concerns the procurement of blood gas analysis services, including oxymetry, acid-base balance, selected electrolytes, and selected metabolic parameters, for 37 specified locations as detailed in Appendix A1. Currently, 37 devices (30 x ABL90, 7 x ABL8xx) are in use. The requirement is for automated analyzers that can be configured according to the specific needs of each location, accommodating both non-cassette and cassette-based devices. A framework agreement will be established with an initial term of 5 years, commencing from the start of service or acceptance of the overall service, extending up to June 1, 2026. A single one-year extension option is included. The billing structure will be divided into device costs (one-time implementation costs + rental) and a price per test result. An estimated 300,000 analyses per year are anticipated over the entire contract duration, with prices expected to remain consistent. The framework agreement's upper limit is set at 150% of the total projected number of analyses. Minor deviations of up to 20% in quantity estimates will not result in adjustments to unit prices. The mandatory replacement of existing devices must be completed by June 1, 2026.
