Dear Bidder,Kindly review the attached Schedule of Requirements for all information regarding this tender.
Evaluation will be done on a PASS/FAIL basis.
Bidders must be available for clarifications in case there are questions related to the documents submitted.
In case of a FAIL on a specific requirement below or in the SoR, the bid will be considered non-compliant.Interested bidders shall submit a comprehensive proposal for restoring a turnkey hybrid solar PV solution based on the following scope of work:Restoration of 90 fire-damaged PV modules (approximately 44 kWp of damaged solar PV capacity) and recommissioning of the existing solar PV hybrid system (total 140 kWp with 236 kWh battery storage) to restore full operational functionality as an integrated system.Restoration and replacement of all fire‑damaged DC-side infrastructure, including but not limited to DC string cabling, DC combiner boxes, DC protection devices, connectors (MC4 or equivalent), and associated DC isolation and safety components, required to re‑establish full functionality of all 140 kWp PV system integrated into the system.Installation, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and Commissioning of the complete system.Integration of the complete system into the facility and existing power supply.Provision of bi-annual preventive maintenance visits and after-sales service by the local partner (for 3 years).
O&M services shall be quoted and will be reviewed as part of the financial evaluation and may be included in the final contract scope subject to budget availability.Training of the users on system operation and basic maintenance to ensure first-level response and maintenance oversight.Important dates for this tender:Confirmation of participation in Site Visit and Bidders Conference: 28/07/2026, 2PM CESTPre-Bid Site Visit: 29/07/2026, 10AM CAT (local time)Bidders’ Conference: 31/07/2026, 10AM CESTRequest for Clarification: 07/08/2026, COB CESTOffer Submission: 18/08/2026, 5PM CESTPlease indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
