Installation of a photovoltaic system for Bóbita Kindergarten

Procurement and installation of photovoltaic systems, including associated assembly work, within the framework of a mixed sales and lump-sum contract in Törökbálint at the Bóbita kindergarten, as follows: A total of 122 units (Total: DC 54.29kWp) of "Trina Vertex TSM-455 NEGR9R.28 or equivalent" solar panels with associated fasteners, as well as the procurement and installation of an inverter, and the procurement of various cables and the comprehensive execution of related assembly work. The scope of work for the successful tenderer also includes the complete implementation of the execution plan attached to this call for tenders, including, but not limited to, the following tasks: de-energization on the grid side; establishment of remote monitoring, internet connection, measurements, and checks; creation of wall penetrations for cable routing; preparation of as-built plans; preparation of lightning protection inspection; handling of administrative procedures with the electricity provider for the commissioning of the photovoltaic system; provision of FMV; preparation of electrical safety inspection report; system commissioning, trial operation, training and instruction, and labeling. The successful tenderer must also provide assembly auxiliary materials (e.g., fasteners, anti-corrosion spray, etc.) and handle transportation, crane, and/or lifting material handling tasks during the execution of the contract. When fixing the supporting structure, the successful tenderer may only damage the roof structure and related elements to the extent necessary for fixing, and must install without dismantling the roof structure. The tenderer shall not damage the roof structure or related elements. If any damage to the roof structure or related elements causes leakage, the repair is the responsibility and cost of the successful tenderer. On weekdays, the successful tenderer may only perform work that does not involve loud noise between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM in the kindergarten. Further quantitative data, detailed qualitative and technical requirements are included in the technical description, design documentation, and unpriced budget, which form part of the Public Procurement Documents. The successful tenderer must determine their lump-sum fee based on the budget specification included in the design documentation, such that the fee includes all fees and costs incurred by the successful tenderer related to the performance of the contract (complete implementation) – including the costs of equipment and materials used during performance, as well as labor costs. The contracting authority draws the tenderer's attention to the fact that they cannot claim any further remuneration or reimbursement of costs beyond the bid price in connection with the performance of their duties under the contract to be concluded based on this public procurement procedure.
