Original language: DutchDe vorige overeenkomst voor de uitvoering van bodemonderzoeken is inmiddels afgelopen. De Gemeente Waalwijk is voornemens om een nieuwe meerjarige raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de milieukundige en civieltechnische Bodemdiensten om de continuïteit hiervan te kunnen waarborgen. De totaal geschatte opdrachtwaarde over 4 jaar, op basis van de bovengenoemde beschrijving, bedraagt circa €800.000 (exclusief btw). Dit is slechts een indicatie, u kunt hier geen rechten aan ontlenen. De maximale opdrachtwaarde van onderhavige raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 1.000.000 (exclusief btw). Wanneer de totale uitgaven hierboven komen eindigt de raamovereenkomst van rechtswege, ongeacht de eventueel resterende looptijd van de overeenkomst.
