Description
Transdev Airport Services (TAS) are Heathrow Airport Ltd Strategic fleet partner for the provision for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Heathrow Airport operate a varied and complicated fleet including cars, vans and specialist equipment essential for maintaining an efficient operation at one of world's Busiest Airport. Transdev Airport Services invites suitably qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision of vehicle bodywork repair, accident damage, restoration and associated services.
The objective of this RFP is to appoint a supplier capable of delivering high-quality, timely, and compliant repair services in line with industry standards and operational demands.
Scope of Services
The selected supplier(s) will be required to provide, as a minimum:
- Vehicle bodywork repairs including:
- Bodywork and any mechanical remediation (Steering, suspension etc)
- Demonstrated capability, facilities and qualifications to safely repair Electric Vehicles (EVs), where applicable
- Recovery, collection and delivery services
- Cleaning and valeting prior to return to service
- Livery reinstatement (where required)
- Secure storage of vehicles during repair
Suppliers should clearly outline any additional value-added services offered.
Contract Duration
The contract will be until Nov 2028, with a review after the 12-month point.
Supplier Response Requirements
Suppliers must respond to all sections and provide supporting documentation where requested.
