Original language: GermanSBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Das Schulgebäude soll für eine zukünftige 7-Zügigkeit saniert und ausgebaut werden. Ziel der Sanierung ist das Erreichen der Gebäudezustandsklasse 2 unter Berücksichtigung des Denkmalschutzes (Substanzerhalt) und der Anforderungen der Inklusion. Während der Bauzeit ist der Schulbetrieb an den Standort Telemannstr. ausgelagert. Die Schulleitung / Verwaltung verbleibt während der BM im Anbau.
