Nemzeti Sportügynökség Nonprofit Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság létesítményeinek takarítási szolgáltatása 3 részben. 1.rész: BOK létesítmények napi- és nagytakarítása: - Kisstadion - Gyakorló Jégcsarnok - Gerevich Aladár Nemzeti Sport Tornacsarnok, - KSI Uszoda, - Diagnosztika épület, - Süllyesztett Tornacsarnok, - Jégszínház, - Körcsarnok, - Oktogon épület – Millenáris Velodrom – BOK Sportcsarnok – Fehér úti Sporttelep Közbeszerzés mennyisége: 36 hónap alatt Napi takarítás/ Heti takarítás / Féléves nagytakarítás I.3.1 – Irodák I.3.2. -Szociális helyiségek (WC-k, zuhanyzók, mosdók, konyhák, öltözők) I.3.3. - Közlekedők, folyosók, lépcsőházak I.3.4.- Csarnokok, sport célra használt helyiségek (küzdőtér termek, vívóterem, tornaterem, stb) I.3.5. - Medenceterek Napi takarítás/ Heti takarítás I.3.6. - Lift I.3.7. - Épület külső homlokzatának takarítása I.3.8 - Sportpadlók, sportszőnyegek takarítása I.3.9. - Sporteszközök takarítása I.3.10. - Ügyeleti takarítás I.3.11. - Rendezvényi takarítások Létesítmények összes nettó alapterülete: 60 073 (m2) A 510/2023. (XI. 20.) Korm. rendelet szerinti közhasználatú fürdőnem minősülő létesítmény medencetere: 970 (m2) igény szerint rendezvényi takarítás: A Megrendelő által kért időintervallumban (elő- és utótakarítással együttesen) az esetleges eseti problémák megoldása, a rendezvénnyel érintett terület(ek) ellenőrzése, szükség szerinti azonnali takarítása, higiéniai eszközök folyamatos pótlása. Elsősorban sportrendezvények kerülnek megrendezésre a létesítményekben, ahol a feladat a lelátók, és a rendezvénnyel érintett területek folyamatos leszemetelése, tisztán tartása, rendezvény idején állandó takarító ügyelet biztosításával tervezett (óra/év): 700 Részletes takarítási feladatok helyiségcsoportonként a műszaki leírásban.
