The coalition includes Botetourt County, the City of Salem, the City of Roanoke, Roanoke County, Carilion Clinic, Google, Virginia Tech, Radford University, Roanoke College, Virginia Western Community College, the Roanoke-Blacksburg Innovation Alliance, and the Roanoke Regional Partnership.
