Original language: DutchDe gemeente Kerkrade (hierna te noemen: “Opdrachtgever”) wenst thans de realisatie en afwerking van wanden, vloeren en plafonds alsmede inrichtings- en interieur-onderdelen zoals receptiebalie, uitgiftebalie, pantry en ombouwen voor lockers in Het Martin Buber aan één uitvoerende partij (hierna te noemen: “Opdrachtnemer”) aan te besteden middels een Europese openbare aanbesteding. De werkzaamheden c.q. opdracht omvat dan ook het volledig leveren en plaatsen c.q. realiseren van wanden en het aanbrengen van de daarop omschreven wandafwerkingen en de levering en plaatsing van deuren etc. conform de indelingstekeningen en het leveren c.q. realiseren van de verdere per ruimte omschreven vloerafwerkingen, (systeem-)plafondafwerkingen en interieuronderdelen.
