Original language: DutchDe gemeente Enschede treedt op als aanbestedende dienst en opdrachtgever voor de revitalisering en verbouwing van het Muziekkwartier te Enschede. De gemeente voert hierbij de regie namens de gebruikers van het gebouw: Metropool, Wilminktheater en Kaliber Kunstenschool (hierna gezamenlijk: “gebruikers”). Het Muziekkwartier staat voor een belangrijke doorontwikkeling waarbij zowel de gebouwstructuur als de samenwerking tussen de gebruikers moet worden verbeterd. De huidige inrichting van het gebouw beperkt de zichtbaarheid van activiteiten, belemmert de onderlinge samenwerking tussen gebruikers en benut onvoldoende het potentieel van het Muziekkwartier als culturele ontmoetingsplek. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de gemeente samen met de gebruikers een concrete en uitvoerbare stap te zetten richting een toekomstbestendig, aantrekkelijk en functioneel Muziekkwartier.
