Original language: GermanAufgrund der Komplexität der Gesamtmaßnahme greifen die Gewerke logistisch ineinander über und sind untrennbar miteinander verknüpft. Die Bauleistungen des Leitungs- und Straßenbaus sind zeitlich und baulogistisch nicht zu trennen. Die Gewerke/Lose können nicht hintereinander abgearbeitet werden, sondern müssen teilweise parallel laufen bzw. flexibel koordiniert werden. Aus diesem Grund ist eine Vergabe der Leistung in Losen gem. § 97 Abs. 4 GWB aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nicht vertretbar. Es erfolgt eine Unterteilung in Baulose.
