Vitens N.V. beoogt één raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor de levering van HVO100 en het verpompen daarvan in bestaande tanks voor noodstroomaggregaten op Vitens-locaties. GTL is uitsluitend toegestaan als tijdelijke vervanging wanneer HVO100 aantoonbaar niet beschikbaar is en Vitens vooraf schriftelijk opdracht geeft. De geraamde hoeveelheid bedraagt 1.415.000 liter over de maximale looptijd van acht jaar, inclusief 215.000 liter voor aanvullende voorraad. De maximale hoeveelheid bedraagt 1.800.000 liter voor HVO100 en GTL gezamenlijk, inclusief alle verlengingen. Er geldt geen afnamegarantie.
