Description

Bayside Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to de-fit the former Le Sands restaurant located on the ground floor of Brighton Pavilion at 95 The Grand Parade, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW. These works are necessary to address compliance risks, asset condition issues and functional requirements for the premises to be suitable for re-leasing. Further information regarding the project background, existing conditions and description of the works is included within Appendix A - Scope of Works. A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday 24th September 2026. Please confirm your attendance via email to joel.harvey@bayside.nsw.gov.au. Please note the location is currently an active construction site so all those attending must wear full PPE.
