Nach ursprünglichem Einsatz von wenigen Lizenzen ist die Server-Virtualisierung in den letzten Jahren in der Kantonspolizei Bern gewachsen, so dass nun die Erneuerung über mehrere Jahre mittels offenem Verfahren ausgeschrieben wird. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird ein einziger Anbieter gesucht, welcher Lizenzen von Broadcom (VMware Produkten) sowie auch VDI Horizon von Omnissa an die Kantonspolizei Bern als «Reseller» zur Verfügung stellen kann.
