Brödermannsweg 2 - Sanitary facilities

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the needs of schools, and leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training (BSB). -------------------- As part of the site expansion of the Carl-Götze-School, a two-field sports hall with a daycare center is being built. The gross floor area of the building is approx. 2,216 m². The sports hall is planned in accordance with DIN standards and is therefore suitable for competitions. A small gallery for spectators is arranged above the ancillary rooms. The western part of the building contains expansion areas for the adjacent daycare center on two floors. The existing trees are a defining feature of the school property. Delivery and construction site address will be via Brödermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall or the fire department access, thus the southern part of the school property. The new building will be constructed using solid construction methods. The floor slabs and parts of the walls will be made of reinforced concrete. Other load-bearing walls will be constructed from masonry or reinforced concrete. The hall roof will have a steel supporting structure.
